So, my first (and much expected) contact with a nice Picanha steak, cooked masterfully by me (if I can say so myself) was just as anticipated. You can see the result of my cooking right in front of you. My vegetarian friends will have to excuse me, but this kind of meal will always prevent me from seriously considering become a vegetarian myself.Yet, the best things are yet to come!
